When I last uploaded there was no such bug so I guess that despite the 
freeze ruby-rouge went through. I just read the proposed patch and it 
looks fine. I'll merge this soon.

I also wanted to update to the lastest minor version (4.0.4), I guess it 
should not be a big deal.

When all this is done and we find it stable enough then we'll ask for 
having it in backports.
I guess a release note entry could have been nice but I did not think 
about it, sorry.

With the big changes around Rails, I'm not really sure what is feasible 
aside from waiting before migrating the machine altogether. 
Kanashiro-san any idea?
