[DRE-maint] Bug#1075466: should this be removed? Re: ruby-mmap2 FTBFS with gcc 14

(Found while looking for semi-random RC bugs to work on, so I may be 
missing context; if so, I apologize.)

This package appears to be abandoned upstream (no commits for 7 years), 
does not appear to have any reverse dependencies (though be aware that 
my checking methods are not perfect), and has a popcon of 3.  Is it 
worth fixing, or should it be removed?
