Despite `slackware` in the path, the file seems to actually be shipped
in the vagrant binary package.

However, the same file also has:

vagrant-2.3.7+git20230731.5fc64cde+dfsg> grep -A1 -B1 rc.d plugins/hosts/slackware/cap/nfs.rb
        def self.nfs_start_command(env)
          "/etc/rc.d/rc.nfsd start"
        end
```

I thus assume this will never be executed on an actual Debian system,
but rather something running slackware.
