What remark are you expecting there? debian/copyright is reproducing
precisely the upstream copyright notices as written. If those notices
aren't accurate, that's an upstream bug, not something to be patched in
Debian. Debian *can't* patch it; those notices have to be preserved
as-is. (Also, dtoa and itoa happen to be written by the same author,
which is how the copy-paste issue happened.)

Arguably, the right upstream fix is to delete the line in question,
since in general, things like "The Foo Project Developers" aren't legal
entities that can hold copyright.
