Dear maintainers,

Your package was never build on a buildd, and was rescheduled 117 days
ago. Since then, the status is BD-Uninstallable. Can you please make sure that
we can actually build packages in Debian?

Please check https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/rust.html, there is at
least one more packages like this one: rust-nitrokey-test. Can/should I
reschedule all the red packages or will that fail anyways?
