[Pkg-rust-maintainers] rust-bstr_0.1.3-1_amd64.changes REJECTED

Hi FTP masters, I have just uploaded the following packages to NEW:

- rust-ucd-parse
- rust-ucd-generate
- rust-fst

These are needed to provide the build tool (ucd-generate) that is needed for these compiled FSMs in rust-bstr. rust-bstr itself is needed for the newest version of cargo, which is needed to fix RC bugs #931897 and #932591.

Quicker service on these packages I just mentioned, would therefore be appreciated.
