Hi,

Together with David Heidelberg we are working on Shortwave.
There are several Cargo packages missing in Debian. We have 
a running version but networking during build is necessary.
This is a violation with the DP.

For contacting Debian rust members I am trying to connect to
the debian-rust chatroom on OFTC. But with polari I dont get
a connection. Other Debian chatrooms on OFTC are no problem.

Any idea what happens? (the Polari log dont give a clue).
I have a vaid UID/PW.
