Thanks for the explanation and for the priority bump, Aurelien.  I get
why new packages would be de-prioritized by default, and i appreciate
your understanding why this scenario is an exception (it is a new
package that happens to be a dependency of an update to a package
already in the archive).

Looks like rust-sha1collisiondetection has been successfully built on
both mipsel and mips64el now, so i can move on to investigating other
potential blockers for the sequoia 1.0 release.
