Well, keeping a bunch of packages in NEW without explicitly rejecting them
isn't helping anyone (Rust or not rust).
As developers, we cannot know if this is pending because the ftpmasters don't
have time or because there is a blocking issue.

Here, having rust-jemallocator rejected 7 months ago would have helped me a lot.
