[Pkg-rust-maintainers] Backport of rust-all 1.79.0 to stable

Hi

I am interested in seeing the rust-all 1.79.0 package in testing 
backported to stable as I need rustc >= 1.67 to build Mozilla Firefox. 
I'd also like to use the associated dev tools with v1.79.0 (e.g. cargo). 
Can you please advise if you'd consider this? I am willing to 
package/maintain the backport myself if necessary.
