yes, no problem, but when reviewing a package this is a divergence from 
what I expect to see. It would be nice if I could read something like 
"This has to be done, because package xyz needs this special version" 
and don't have to find out the reason by myself. While looking for it I  
could have better processed some other rust packages ...
