[Pkg-rust-maintainers] Bug#1104282: Terminfo for alacritty not installed

As was discussed on IRC, ncurses-term provides the terminfo. Maybe 
alacritty should Depend: on it.

Installing the terminfo from two packages will just cause conflicts.
