assets/Interception.zip is not redistributable, please remove in a +ds re
upload. From subfile Interception/licenses/commercial-usage/Interception.
pdf:
(D) Licensee shall not sell, grant sub-licenses or distribute the Work in any way without the prior express written approval of Licensor.

It is nonsensical since Interception/licenses/non-commercial-usage shows
that it is released under LGPL-3+, but best to steer clear of such things
 entirely. 

I think this also applies to src\oskbd\windows\interception.rs?

Missed license (usually would not be a reject but since we're here anyways...):
kanata-1.9.0\src\gui\win_dbg_logger
