Right, this zip contains the source code and executable of a windows
driver that should not be required at all on Debian system. Removed it
from the source package using Files-Excluded and a +ds.

I disagree on this one. The zip file contains the C code and executable
of Windows drivers. The rust code in `interception.rs` is from the
upstream library and is licensed under the same terms as the other rust
files in this directory.

Nice catch, fixed.

I uploaded rust-kanata_1.9.0+ds-1~exp1_amd64.changes with the above
issues fixed, please let me know there are other issues.
