Yeah agreed. I expect this will require diligence from us and we'll flip
to/from using system llvm occasionally given the priorities/pace of rust
upstream. I suspect anything we can do to automate/track this will be
worthwhile.

Understood. I figured this was only manpage markup and it was fixing a
lintian error - but I accept your polite admonishment and will commit via
upstream in future ;)
