[Pkg-salt-team] Bug#698898: certificate file locations

Hi fellas,

I was reading all the conversation very carefully and i must say that
we make a decision.

We can make a script to migrate the user? this is permitted by the
upstream and don't break any Debian's policy?

This script will be kind a Debian's rules file?

We can make a patch on quilt and move the variables files to
/var/lib/salt?  this is permitted by the upstream and don't break any
Debian's policy?

Will be use both methods or only one?  don't break any Debian's policy?

Depends of the answer maybe we can find a solution, i do not answer
because i'm just learning to pack.

I want to help i don't like to write technical things when, according
i see, is a matter of point of view (upstream and us).
