[Pkg-salt-team] Initial configuration

Hi team,

I'm thinking to do a initial configuration files, this because salt's
files in the first run everything is commented and salt-minion is
failling because this.

Maybe something like "ncurses" interface (first run on postfix), i
don't know if is ncurse.

This interface will prompt the user the basic parameters like ports,
ip address, user, etc. and will modified the master | minion's files
for a correct starting.

what you think about this and which is the right process (programation
languange, debian/rules, etc )?
