[Pkg-salt-team] salt 0.16.0

Hi,

I've prepared salt 0.16.0 for release and pushed it up to the repo at:

git+ssh://git.debian.org/git/pkg-salt/salt.git

There are no new lintian warnings, but I have not yet fixed the init.d
API warning as I am not yet clear the best way forward. For this one,
I'll be watching bugs 683654, 710559, 710569, and 710571 for some
direction. I'll probably also email debian-mentors for some guidance.
I plan to resolve these in either a 0.16.0-2 release or the next salt
release.

Could a DD please upload this package to unstable?
