[Pkg-salt-team] Backporting of python-zmq

Hi Julian,

We have discussed backporting of python-zmq based on libzmq3 to
squeeze and wheezy before. Since then, I have prepared and used a
backported version of the package you uploaded to unstable.

In terms of backporting, the most important change I had to make was
to disable the python 3 binary packages.

>From memory, you were not terribly interested in maintaining backports
of python-zmq. Given this, do you approve me (and Martin Krafft
(madduck)) uploading these packages to backports?

I'm asking formally now because the next version of salt to be
uploaded to debian will depend on python-zmq > 13.1.0 and libzmq3.
Once this enters testing, we wish to backport this to squeeze and
wheezy.
