Dear Joe,

now that 0.17.1 is out the door, it's time to revisit the problems,
and in particular the licencing issues.

Long-term it would be best if we could default to the upstream
tarball.

Therefore, could you get in touch with upstream and try to resolve
the DFSG-non-free issues in the tarball?
