Have done. I've been in touch quite a bit this week. The upstream
issues as they stand at the moment are (all open):

    #8010 unused icons in doc/_static
    #7984 oddly named image in docs Documentation
    #7983 font licencing
    #7842 Salt tar.gz contains code with multiple licences
    #7748 Minified version of js library included without source
    #7747 salt/auth/pam.py outdated 

I think they need a little consolidation because I think that upstream
will try to deal with the issues in one go.
