Please do combine the changelog blocks for -1 to -3 and prepare a -1 for
experimental. So that debian/changelog reflects what was actually
uploaded.

To do uploads to the salt repository you could use debian revisions like
-XsaltY where X stands for the version in Debian. So -2salt1 would be
derived from -2 and -0salt1 would mean that there was no upload to
Debian yet.

PS: Are you aware of the lintian warnings 'script-not-executable' [1].
Is the deploy directory needed in the package?
