[Pkg-samba-maint] /usr/bin man manpage (8)

Hello,
the package has some programs in /usr/bin but the manpage marks itself
as (8) (= System administration commands (usually only for root)):
usr/bin/pdbedit
usr/bin/tdbbackup
usr/bin/tdbdump
usr/bin/smbspool
usr/bin/smbmount
usr/bin/smbumount
usr/bin/smbmnt
If you think its fine then we leave it that way. Just want to be sure
this is intented in all cases.
