I thought it doesn't make much sense if it is developed by upstream
samba and then pulled out into tdb-tools. Then it will cause the
"problem" like now that the tdb-tools is outdated:

Thats why I preferred it this way but its just IMHO and if you think
keeping it in tdb-tools is better then I revert this change.
