[Pkg-samba-maint] Which idmap_* should we build?

This week-end, I think we can think about uploading a new release of
the package as the former one will enter testing.

We have enough pending material for this, imho.

I just eventually planned adding the missing idmap_* modules: we
already ship idmap_rid now...and I think idmap_ad is OK (we have a bug
report for it). Something else to propose?
