[Pkg-samba-maint] Which idmap_* should we build?

AFAICT, the _ldap and _tdb are already compiled in statically, so _rid 
and _ad are the only ones left.  I don't know what the file 
idmap_smbldap.c is for as it doesn't seem to be mentioned anywhere.
