Is anyone a fan of keeping these sort of things?

# Install mount.cifs and its man page
[Anyone can read that from the next two lines.]

[Add them when you need them.]

I think the rules file is a little too cluttered and I'd like to remove 
some of these things.  (Well, I got a little overambitious just a 
minute ago but the comments should be OK.)
