[Pkg-samba-maint] SVN ready for 3.0.23a

I've successfully built a 3.0.23a-1 package with the current contents
of the trunk in the SVN.

So, actually, getting 3.0.23a in unstable is only waiting for the
debconf rewrite stuff.

Steve, do you *really* want it to delay 3.0.23? After all, we still
can do a -2 version a little bit later, no?
