[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#385372: samba: create_builtin_administrators still problematic

I can confirm this problem on a fresh installed i386 machine. Changing
anything on winbindd doesn't change the problem. The machine is running
an uptodate etch, i.e. samba is 3.0.23c-3.

I also don't see whether there could be any issue on the ldap side -
though one never knows. Any debugging hints would be welcome.
