[Pkg-samba-maint] what to do with 3.0.23d

3.0.23d is released
http://de.samba.org/samba/history/samba-3.0.23d.html

But because etch is near we will not upload this version to sid until
etch is released.

Is this summary of the situation correct or should we hurry to get
3.0.23d uploaded?
