[Pkg-samba-maint] home shares enabled by default?

I think it's just historical reasons. The home directories shares have
been enabled by default for as long as I can remember. Perhaps even
early versions of Samba (< 2.0) shipped sample smb.conf files with this
default.

Personally I think that having them enable by default is nice from a
user convenience point of view but I must say that it is not nice from a
security point of view.

So, I am okay with shipping a smb.conf that has them disabled by
default. I think our users will understand our reasoning.
