Well, the fact that it was able to happen at all means that there's a bug in
our package; missing or broken build-deps should not allow the creation of
misbuilt packages, they should lead to an immediate abort of the build.

Yes, I'm going to go ahead and do a binNMU for this myself; normally I'd
wait for the autobuilder but I know the i386 buildd is down right now. The
binNMU should be uploaded soon and available in unstable in < 12h.
I'm leaving the bug open though, for the reason mentioned above.
