The plan is to forward it upstream, of course. Indeed, upstream has a
pending bug report by /me which already includes updates to SWAT l10n
(a call for translations that I did back in 2007, IIRC). However,
nothing really came out of this. I guess they've now forgot about
that.

I think that having this patch in the Debian package doesn't really
hurt and is anyway a kind of reward of the l10n team work. We'll of
course happily drop the patch when upstream adopts the new
translation...:-)

To be consistent, I should even indeed reinclude those translations I
mention above, turn them into a patch to the Debian package and
include them....until upstream includes them.
