qt3 is already GPL2-3 in lenny (see
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=464615 for example).

For kdebase, and specially kdebase-kio-plugins, redhat folks says that
it is already ok
or http://fcp.surfsite.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?viewmode=flat&order=ASC&topic_id=50548&forum=11&move=prev&topic_time=1200932643).
This is the case in ''/kioslave/smb/'' upstream 3.5.9 sources.

I don't know if this is enough. Maybe we should ask debian-legal ?
