The current release schedule for 3.2 is here:
http://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Release_Planning_for_Samba_3.2
Friday, April 18 - Planned release date for 3.2.0.

qt3 is already GPL2-3 in lenny (see
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=464615 for example).
For kdebase, and specially kdebase-kio-plugins, redhat folks says that
it is already ok
(http://www.redhat.com/archives/rhl-devel-list/2008-January/msg01898.html
or http://fcp.surfsite.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?viewmode=flat&order=ASC&topic_id=50548&forum=11&move=prev&topic_time=1200932643).
This is the case in ''/kioslave/smb/'' upstream 3.5.9 sources.
I don't know if this is enough. Maybe we should ask debian-legal ?
(see also http://techbase.kde.org/index.php?title=Projects/KDE_Relicensing)
