[Pkg-samba-maint] Some notes about trunk samba package

Hi,

I recently used samba trunk and commited some changes to close #514050
"Enable clustering by default (CTDB)".

Some questions:
- What is the recommended way of building from svn? svn-buildpackage?
(it shows me an error see below)
- Shouldn't be "docs-xml/autom4te.cache" removed as it is removed
during "debian/rules clean"?
