You may or may not get the results you want using 'interfaces =' and 'bind
interfaces only = yes'.  There's generally no reason to disable ipv6
specifically, however - the above is the standard procedure for limiting the
interfaces your server is listening on, but if you don't *have* any ipv6
addresses, it really shouldn't matter.
