That command generates an unsigned source package, suitable for feeding into
sbuild or pbuilder, etc. for further processing. I don't use pbuilder, so
I'm not sure what the state of the art is there - how do you normally invoke
pbuilder for package builds out of svn?

Ok. I'm a little hesitant for us to commit to this too eagerly (what if we
find that migrating the history of samba upstream + package to bzr is too
difficult? We don't want to end up with a bzr workflow for one package and
a git workflow for the other...) But on the other hand, there is certainly
a lot of bzr knowledge/experience within the team and a will to see this
conversion through, so if nobody objects, I think we can move forward.

Steve Langasek Give me a lever long enough and a Free OS
Debian Developer to set it on, and I can move the world.
