So we know what we are talking about, attached is the git diff between
what I assume is in that package (based on the date) and 2.0.8.

The changes are:
 - a correctness fix for talloc_strndup_append and
talloc_strndup_append_buffer
 - lots of docs
 - removing an old build system
 - the talloc_memlimit feature

So, in terms of things that would break rules (presumably), it's the
talloc_memlimit feature.  I certainly don't think it's worth an epoch
for.

Indeed, it could be very well argued that the correctness fix should be
pushed to wheezy in any case.
