[Pkg-samba-maint] Help needed with Samba 4.0.5 package

The problem is that samba.postinst tries to db_get "samba/run_mode"
but that template is never defined in debian/*templates 

Also, samba.config tries to db_input it....but, as the template
doesn't exist, that fails.

Actually, what's needed is picking this template from
debian/samba.templates in samba3 packages.

But, well, all this is aimed at having the possibility to run daemons
from inetd, which we might want to drop anyway.
