[Pkg-samba-maint] Help needed with Samba 4.0.5 package

I guess you have your idea here, of course, Steve..:-)

My first idea would have been to leave things as they are with
/etc/init.d/samba launching smbd and nmbd and something else
(/etc/init.d/samba-ad-dc?) launching samba.

I agree this is somehow clumsy and, of course, if we started the
package from scratch, that would not make sense but, eh, we have years
of history behind us....

From Andrew's comments about future changes where only one daemon
would control everything (did I get the point correctly), I would be
inclined to make as few changes as possible to the existing stuff, at
least as of now.
