Well, it isn't a packaging matter, indeed, but it is about helping with
porting packages. Not being able to work on KDE packages at all (yes,
kde-runtime depends on samba, thus tdb, and thus basically the whole KDE
desktop depends on it) really doesn't help with making progress in that
regard. If we had to wait for all ground bits to be 100.000% ready, we
would just never manage to go anywhere.
