[Pkg-samba-maint] Is "Processed: Still in wheezy" really a good idea?

Hello Andrew,

As you have seen, I'm doing some triaging. I originally though from
the sid point-of-view, marking as done accordingly. Then, Paul Wise's
email flipped my PoV.

I propose for wheezy: We can coordinate with the security and LTS
teams to mark samba unsupported on wheezy (also given the upcoming
BadLock security issue)

I propose for jessie: ask the release team if we can upload the latest
4.1.x to jessie-security (or point-release).
