Looks good generally.

There is no concept of libexec in Debian. Those files either need to
go under /usr/sbin, /usr/lib/<three-tuple>/samba or perhaps something
like /usr/lib/<three-tuple>/samba/bin.

Another small thing: Can you please import the upstream release
against the upstream tag (samba-4.4.0). gbp import-orig allows you to
do this.
