[Pkg-samba-maint] gbp import-orig and filling in the pristine-tars correctly

How do I do that?  I'm happy to re-do it (and I need to do it for 4.3.6
anyway, I can't see that in the pristine-tars), but reading over the
docs I still can't see clearly the steps I need.
