Yeah, all you say i understand.
@Alex, thats why i included Jelmer Vernooij and Andrew Barlett.
@Gianfranco, I'm not a maintainer just a packager.
This build is an one on one rebuild from debian stretch sources.
Nothing changed here. Only one package needed a higher version in the depends.
I used : dch --bpo "No changes."
Thats not good?
Or when needed like nss-wrapper needs cmocka 1.0.1+
dch --bpo "Changed debian/control depends to cmocka 1.0.1~."

Uh no, if it isnt there , then it wasnt there.
I dont delect change anything when not needed.
I'll wait with the upload untill i get a go from one of the maintainers.
