Package: samba
Version: 4.2.10
Severity: normal

-- System Information:
Debian Release: 8.4
  APT prefers stable-updates
  APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable')
Architecture: amd64 (x86_64)

Kernel: Linux 3.16.0-4-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores)
Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8)
Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash
Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system)

When installing a backported samba 4.4.5, the install fails.

Unpacking samba-vfs-modules (2:4.4.5+dfsg-2~bpo8+1) over (2:4.2.10+dfsg-0+deb8u3) ...
dpkg: error processing archive /var/cache/apt/archives/samba-vfs-modules_2%3a4.4.5+dfsg-2~bpo8+1_i386.deb (--unpack):
trying to overwrite '/usr/share/man/man8/vfs_glusterfs.8.gz', which is also in package samba 2:4.2.10+dfsg-0+deb8u3
dpkg-deb: error: subprocess paste was killed by signal (Broken pipe)

The dirty fix works fine,

dpkg -i --force-all /var/cache/apt/archives/samba-vfs-modules_2%3a4.4.5+dfsg-2~bpo8+1_i386.deb
apt-get -f install

but we need to move /usr/share/man/man8/vfs_glusterfs.8.gz out of the samba package and in samba-vfs-modules
to prevent this in the future.

Greetz,

Louis
