[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#804781: vfs_snapper missing

Here is a patch against current jessie package following 
https://raphaelhertzog.com/2011/07/04/how-to-prepare-patches-for-debian-packages/
if it would make this bug move forward.

I have been running with the change made to 4.2.10+dfsg-0+deb8u3 for 7 months without any problem.
