Samba doesn't use cmocka in a production build, only during make test.

Likewise just as for the other cwrap.org components, we do not use
these except in make test. There was an effort to run our selftest in
the debian test, but this has been turned off again.
I'm not sure exactly where we sit on the 'no bundled libraries' rule
for things only used in test, but (I think) we can side-step this for
now.
