[Pkg-samba-maint] smbclient with directive -L tries to connectto with SMB1 protocol on SMB3 server even I specified -e -m SMB3_11

Hi package maintainers. I am using smbclient on debian 4.9.5 to connect to samba server using protocol 3.11. It is working perfect when I use command "smbclient -e -m SMB3_11 //192.168.1.1/share -U hranislav" but when I use command smbclient -e -m SMB3_11 -L //192.168.1.1/share -U hranislav it fails. Note the difference in "-L" directive (I wish to see which services are on server). I get this: Reconnecting with SMB1 for workgroup listing.
Connecting to 192.168.1.1 at port 139
do_connect: Connection to 192.168.1.1 failed (Error NT_STATUS_CONNECTION_REFUSED)
Seems like client is trying to get list with SMB1 protocol but SMB2 in minimum required on server. Please look in entire debug in attached txt file...
