Currently, it's 2:2.5.0+samba4.16.0+dfsg-1 in experimental.

We can only hope there is a ldb version increment for 4.16.1.
Currently, there are none:

otherwise, what about:
ldb_2:2.5.1~really2.5.0-1+samba4.16.0
